Joe is focused on development, financing, deal- structuring and leads Boundary's affordable housing business. Before co-founding Boundary, Joe was a Senior Vice President of Related Companies, where he spent 12 years and led the development of over $1.5 billion in mixed-income and mixed-use projects. Joe has experience in all aspects of the development process from acquisition, financing, construction and asset management. From 2015 to 2020 he led the development of Fifteen Fifty, an $800 MM mixed-use project in San Francisco which won the 2020 Real Estate Deal of the Year Award. Joe graduated from Cornell University.

He first started coming to Montana in 1999, is based in Bozeman full- time, and maintains a deep network of brokers, community planners, investors, and other local resources.

Most recently, working for Suffolk Construction she completed the Montage Hotel in Big Sky, the largest building in the state involving over 600 contractors. Prior to working in Montana, Caitlin was a project manager for Siena Construction in Cambridge, MA. Caitlin attended Bates College and holds master’s degrees in Landscape Architecture and Urban and Regional Planning from UC Denver.
